User friendly, great service!

"Get the door its the liquor store"... Ok finnnne! This app makes any major city I head to more enjoyable. Same customer experience across tons of major metro areas. Same reason I use uber. App is easy to use but more importantly delivery is always on time

Doesnt deliver in the Dallas inner city area, are you kidding me?! This app basically might as well not even exist!

How are you not in Vegas?!?

App is dumb. Doesnt really work. Has you look through stores that dont even deliver. Waste of time! Waaaay better apps

Love this app, and previously have been very happy!!! But its 10 pm on a Saturday night and nothing but kegs will load on the app... Im sorry I simply want whiskey and not a party keg tonight... ***update: its now two days later and still only kegs showing on the app. Something is either broken or this service has changed and Im not a fan... ***2/12: Checked again a couple of weeks later and nothing but the kegs show up now. Im done with this terrible app.

Seems great in theory but the they dont deliver in my hood. Hmm. Wonder why. (Sarcasm)

Tried this app two different times, maybe 10 months apart. The first time I could t order at all and this time it gave me a delivery window for tomorrow. ...What is this made by the cable company?

Incredible service. The app was extremely easy to use and our delivery arrived in 25 minutes!

Needed wine ASAP for a last minute dinner party. I downloaded the app and the bottles arrived in like 20 min. So convenient and saved me a lot of time. Highly recommend.

The text in the app description says it works with Wallet, but the Wallet app doesnt show it. Is there a way to to connect to Wallet that is not described?

Delivers ANYWHERE in Chicago.....except for my house....in Chicago....false advertising. Two thumbs way down from me. Would not recommend to anyone!

Drizly is a lifesaver! I will continue to use this app because lugging heavy alcohol back to my apt. is one of my least favorite things to do. I also recently discovered the gifting feature, it is amazing. Engagements, birthdays - its perfect. Thank you Drizly!

Excellent customer service! My first experience was while traveling. Worked seamlessly! When I returned home, I added my address for future use. Unfortunately, while Drizly catered to my city, the service wasnt available in my zone. I wrote to them about my unhappy empty glasses. They responded swiftly and then, violà, they made delivery available to my address. Highly recommend!

I used to love this app. Used it often to have craft beers delivered to my home without much hassle. However, I opened the app this weekend to find that they scaled back their selection significantly. Id say about 80%. Im unsure why this change happened, but I literally have no use for this app with the very limited selection they now have. Very disappointed.
