Drizly - Get Drinks Delivered App Reviews

So many bugs. The "hearts" button (to add items to favorites) pops up an error message. The "send a gift" is very difficult to add info to. The fields for phone number and email get stuck behind the keyboard and you cant scroll down to fill them in (yet they are required). The most frustrating bug, however, is the cart clears itself every time you leave the app, not close the app, leave the app. Check a text? Cart empty. Look up a wine on Safari? All items gone. Ive almost given up.

Unusable, crashes every time

Very glitchy. Still have not been able to order yet. Cannot add favorites, app shuts down unexpectedly. Now the app will not open again.

Threw a party and they delivered. Had a chill night at home, they delivered. Better prices then the stores. Had my friend use it too and she loves it. Its worked amazingly for me! New Orleans hope and dreams come true!

Shipping now too??? Drizly does everything for me. I have no further use for my feet or legs. Just got holiday shopping taken care of for my dad in upstate NY. Papa like Scotch, Papa get Scotch.

I have been waiting over two hours for a delivery. The support team never responded after the 1.5 hour mark. The store isnt answering. Please refund my $225. Im trying to go out for the night. Terrible experience.

Checkout process keeps crashing. Experienced lots of issues with the app. Seems to have gotten worse.

Tried to use the app for a party. Order was confirned with said delivery within 1 hour. Over an hour late, no delivery or answer from a call. Will not recommend.

Leaving my first ever review since this was so boss. Ordered and received it in less than an hour, very minimal surcharges, no markup, options to get other things as well. Highly recommended. Easy to use. Will be using this all the time meow.

Not only did my order not arrive, I didnt hear from anyone about it despite emailing Drizly 3 times. The app stopped working too. Plus, the app doesnt list your orders. Check the other reviews.... Theres a pattern emerging....

Beware, the app adds automatically 10% tip to your order unless u scroll all the way to the bottom and change it to the desired amount. Also if you liquor happens to be in different stores (and there is no option to see inventory of a particular store) it is $5 fee per each. Overall cost me more than an uber ride to my neighborhood liquor store and back.

Can only speak for West Hollywood: Just downloaded the app today. Placed an order and it arrived 32 minutes later. Service charge was minimal compared to the fact I could keep working (I work from home.) Obviously time of day is a factor. I ordered at around 2pm on a Thursday. Id def use this app again.

Where do you have to live to enjoy a service like this? Clearly not where I live in Maryland!

Great experience, got everything I ordered in about an hour. Even with all the NYE rush. Will definitely use this again! Ive had bad experiences getting things delivered through bigger apps like Yelp, but Drizly was the smoothest experience Ive had till date. Def recommend
