Drizly - Get Drinks Delivered App Reviews

Ive used this app three times and twice delivery has been confirmed by the app but the store fails to follow through. If I received any communication that it was outside delivery hours or unavailable now or whatever, I wouldnt have an issue. But Ive gotten nothing from Drizly or the vendor - I had to call in both instances. Dont download this.

This app is very well made and makes ordering a breeze. Ive used the service many times and enjoy the GSP feature that shows the delivery drivers location. Well done Drizly!

I cannot believe it... my order arrived 14 minutes after I placed the order. Because I got $5 off my first order, it was cheaper than actually going to the store! Ha

Other liquor delivery apps cant seem to match price or selection. I love the filters, I use them all the time to filter down to IPAs & Pilsners that are available now. I wish they would add some more, maybe filter by sale items, or filter by pack size? I also think a price / volume sort would be awesome.

Horrible. They are saying there are no delivery options right now. Its 6pm and I live in the middle of Boston. How are there no delivery options. Its the entire point of the app.

The app constantly crashes. All I get is a white screen when it opens. When it work (rarely) it is great. I constantly have to delete and reinstall on my iPhone 7

Ordered. It never came. Enough said.

Just no. The app feels like a college frat party and the delivery guys look like the aftermath. Hate that theres a minimum and none of the stores open late. Gave it a final shot this week during the rain and took forever. Saucey or DD is much better. #neveragain

Havent even ordered because they dont have what I really want and though there are a few decent options, they are way overpriced.

Great app, easy to use, delivery was prompt. Delivery charge was fair in my opinion, and prices are reasonable. No complaints so far

Waited over an hour (which they guarantee it will be under), had to call the store directly only to find out they never even saw the order and they didnt even have the item in stock. Asked if they had a comparable IPA and they wanted to charge me the price difference. Only got a tiny discount toward a future order, which I wont be placing. Awful app.

Too slow and they give you bs about when to expect your order if you call. I guess it depends on the store. Ill be trying the alternative apps. These guys are not the only game in town.

This app rocks, the delivery people are awesome, and Id give it ten stars if I could. Its always here within 20 minutes and they dont call me to come downstairs and run to the corner like the other delivery people do. I live in Boston in the North End and other delivery places refuse to leave their cars. Drizly brings it right to my door up four flights of stairs. A+++++

Should be #1 on the App Store

On a freezing cold night the last thing we wanted to do was bundle up and head to the store for some wine and beer. We downloaded Drizly and ordered. Within 10 minutes it was delivered. Amazing service and a beautiful and easy app. Will be using it many times from now on.

This app is worthless and the customer service is terrible.

Simple shopping experience and helps me knock one more thing off my to-do list for the weekend. You can do 1 hour delivery or have it scheduled. Pretty rad -

They were out of stock so they brought a cheaper bottle without calling. Requested a refund on the order. No help from the app, they just blamed it on the store.
