Not a good idea

The order was all messed up. I ordered four bottles, they ship sent one. The bottle of vodka was cracked, something that is never happened before. I think this is what happens when you have an impersonal by computer order instead of talking to somebody on the phone so that you get treated like a human being rather than a piece of data
